Diploma thesis deals with the complex design documentation of newly-built motel near the Novomlýnských ponds with separate buildings. The building is situated near the D52 motorway in the cadastral Perná. The motel is designed for temporary accommodation, eating and recreation. It is a two-storey building with flat roof and without a basement. Besides the main building, there are also four bungalows. The building is designed with traditional building materials. The hotel is desingned for visitors with limited mobility and orientation.

This diploma thesis deals with functional parts and their standards standards on single-family family houses. The theoretical part deals with concepts such as budgets, prices, costs, valuations and functional parts of buildings. The task is to define the types of standard of selected functional parts and to determine their indices which take into account the different material and design solutions of individual parts of the building.

Design and project companies have provided me as many similar disposition objects (buildings) as possible to determine the time demandingness of building construction. This diploma thesis deals with design of ventilation and heating of bungalow single-storey house. The work is divided into three parts. In the first part is presented the design of the house with calculation of heat losses. The second part deals with the design, calculations and regulation of the heating of the house. In the third part there is designed a system of forced ventilation for the house.

The diploma thesis deals with a documentation of a family house construction. This house’s main supporting structure is made of wood, speciffically CLT panels. The documentation contains both an architectural and an engineering solution. The house is designed as a bungalow type for the family of four or five. The building complies with valid hygiene regulations and related standards. The object is located in Volfířov, the descriptive number is 604/12. Also there is a review of a perimeter protection of buildings. In conclusion there are solved and compared heating possibilities.
